Pollster Predicts Gay Rights Will Pass

U.W. political science professor and pollster Matt Barreto writes:

The Washington Poll has posted projected vote forecasts on Ref 71, based on the data that came in on 11/03/09 by county, and the estimated vote remaining to be counted in each county.  The projections suggest Ref 71 will be approved by about 52-48 statewide when all votes are counted.
